Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services

We strive to provide high-quality, efficient, and convenient cleaning services. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope and Pricing

  • Prices cover cleaning services for a standard 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment/unit.

  • External cleaning is not included unless explicitly stated in the package.

  • Services are tailored to specific package inclusions; additional tasks require add-ons at extra cost.

  • Packages are fixed and cannot be altered unless agreed upon prior to the booking.

2. Service Nature

  • Our services cater to "on-the-go" clients and are not suitable for "end-of-lease" style cleaning.

3. Pet Notification

  • Clients with pets must disclose the presence and number of pets at the time of booking.

4. Service Timeliness

  • Cleaning is focused on the work completed, not the duration.

5. Laundry Services

  • Clients must provide their own laundry detergent to accommodate personal allergen requirements.

  • A "laundry load" is defined as washing and drying one load. Drying is contingent on the client providing appropriate facilities (dryer or indoor drying space).

  • Laundry services do not include folding, ironing, or packing away unless arranged for an additional fee.

  • Laundry drying outside the designated unit space is not provided.

6. Dishwasher Services

  • A "dishwasher load" includes packing away the previous load, loading, and starting the dishwasher. It does not include unloading a completed cycle.

  • Clients must provide their own dishwasher pods.

  • Hand-washed dishes require an available drying rack.

7. Detergent Use

  • ZeroCo detergents, made in Australia, are used in our services.

  • Clients assume responsibility for any allergic reactions caused by these products.

  • Clients may provide their own detergents without incurring promotional discounts.

8. Payments and Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment upfront.

  • Cash payments must be clarified and agreed upon at the time of booking.

9. Satisfaction and Refunds

  • If dissatisfied, clients must allow an opportunity for service rectification.

  • Refunds will only be issued upon investigation and if the grievance is deemed valid.

10. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made up to 4 hours before a booking incur no penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours will incur a 15% service fee, billed at the next service, or may result in service denial.

  • If we cancel a booking, a 15% courtesy discount will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

11. Right of Service

  • We reserve the right to determine whom we provide services to.

12. Liability

  • Clients consent to entry into their homes for service purposes.

  • We are not liable for property damage unless caused directly by our team.
